“I must highly recommend BrightStar for any phase of senior care giving. After have gone through 3 agencies our family was near breakdown two years ago. Turnover, constant new faces, scheduling problems, and other issues were making my 87 year old mother with Alzheimer’s anxious and difficult. Our family was at wits end. And then we called BrightStar. At first, we called them in to assist with at home care in my mother’s residence. An RN showed up, completely reviewed the engagement, defined the needs, created a care plan, and quickly established a schedule and staffing. In three days our mother’s routine was restored and we were back to normal. The day came when we needed to put my mother into a memory care facility. After a few months sun downing issues became a problem at the care facility. We again called BrightStar and now they currently send an aide over 4 nights a week from 4pm to 9pm to give mom one-on-one time when we cannot. She is doing great now and the facility is working well with this. BrightStar is excellent in all aspects of our engagement, we have consistent care, and we all rest much easier knowing mom has the excellent care assistance from BrightStar.
