I wanted to give you some feedback on the CNA now that we have worked with her for about a month. In a nutshell, she is working out very nicely thus far. Deb's Mom really likes her and trusts her which is the most important consideration. The CNA is very prompt and is a self-starter. She has been willing, and able, to take on a few additional duties such as light housekeeping and helping Deb's mom with her physical therapy regime. She always has a positive attitude and has "fit in" well to the family environment. We've had a few occasions to call on her to stay over at the last minute and she (and BrightStar) has been very accommodating.
