And while we could just tell you about the kind of work we do, there is nobody better able to speak to the kind of care that BrightStar provides than those we serve on a daily basis.

BrightStar was a blessing when my mother was recovering from her hip surgery. After her fall Mom just wasn't able to get around the house like she did before, and that made showering, dressing, getting her meals, and staying active very difficult for her. BrightStar assigned Connie to us, and we could not be any happier with the care that she provides. She makes sure that Mom gets her day started each morning, and she really shows compassion and care with every interaction that she has with her. While none of us want to see our parents struggle with these activities, using BrightStar and Connie to help us has been a wonderful experience.

We have used BrightStar on many occassions to care for our mother both during and after hospital stays, and for 24-hour home care. We have sometimes had to call on extremely short notice, and BrightStar has ALWAYS been able to provide my mother with excellent care. Our mother uses Odette once a week to help with household and personal tasks, and to drive our mother to the beauty shop, etc. Odette treats Mom as if she were her own mother, and has afforded her a measure of independence that Mom treasures. Tracy, Michelle, and the rest of the BrightStar staff have always gone out of their way to accomodate us, no matter what the day or time. BrightStar has been truly remarkable regarding the care of our mother.
