Hi BrightStar I just wanted to say Christian Campbell is very nice she called today left message. When I called back she asked about time to come tomorrow and was very understanding about needing 2-3pm appointment due to tpn. She even talked to me about my animals. We are a disabled couple. I am a new caregiver at this company. I started January 3, 2024. So far my experience has been awesome! There is always a way to contact someone when the office is closed and the supervisors/administrators at the office are always willing to do everything they can to support me. If you are a caregiver looking for home-care jobs, I would recommend BrightStar as a great place to work. Sometimes it is a struggle to find clients whose needs align with my schedule and my desired hours, but the people in the office always do their best to fill my schedule and when there is an “emergency” such as a client reducing my hours, the office always finds me new ones. Erica is a wonderful supervisor and Mary is very helpful. I have always loved my clients and felt capable of providing the care and services that they need. I will update this review if anything changes.
