My mother is in hospice care and we needed a caregiving service to help us with this journey. BrightStar was recommended, so I called and talked to Amanda Duplain. She spent a long time on the phone with me, which was so reassuring. I felt so comfortable talking to her. I set up meetings. After we signed up with Zach, and had our very reassuring BrightStar nurse visit, I was so happy that Amanda was the initial caregiver to visit my mother. Amanda Duplain is so caring, kind, smiling, and patient. She made my extremely hesitant mother very comfortable. She went out of her way to be helpful. My mother looks forward to seeing her and spending time with her. It is so comforting to know that Mom is spending high-quality time with such a good person. Thank you, Amanda!

Our nurse Lois has become part of the family. She has been with us for 8 months now and there is so many great things we could say. She treats our little guy like one of her own and goes far above expectations for him. She works with him on his development, learning and plenty of outside time. Having “Peace of Mind” is what the residents of Creek Valley and their families are looking for. Because we “Age in Place” our seniors feel very secure knowing we not only have Support Services and Therapy - but we also have BrightStar Care - offering that “extra layer” of care confidence. That means our seniors can stay with us longer - without having to move to a higher level of care. Which is nice. In addition, I would like to say our BrightStar Care Representative, Zack Brandmeyer is truly versed in customer service… Remember that? A lost art these days. Friendly, outgoing and ready to help - Zack is very diligent and engaged with both our residents and community. During the past several months, Julie Laramie,RN, was providing me with home nursing care specifically dealing with leg wound care. I found her to act in a very professional manner, very knowledgeable concerning the care that was needed, she was on time for the scheduled visits and was very flexible when scheduling a visit. Julie Laramie, RN is an asset to your organization.

My caregiver Angela has been the most dedicated caregiver and the most responsible. She is always on time, and the most available person that I’ve worked with in the last five years. She is not only great at her job but she takes initiative to provide thoughtful ideas for my medical, personal and even my home care. She has been very dependable through inclement weather and seldomly Ill. She is a great representation of Brightstar care!

Bright Star was truly there to save the day. My mother recently had surgery and needed care when she returned home from her hospital stay. From providing expert medical attention to personalized care, the team from Bright Star ensured that her recovery was better than we ever expected. A special shout-out to Amanda for exceeding all of our expectations about home health care. We especially appreciated Amanda's kindness and patience as we navigated through this challenging time. As cliched as it sounds, her smile really did brighten all of our days.

What can I say about Bright Star except that they brought the most peace and comfort to myself and my Mother who was Terminal. I knew I wanted a company that would be able to send someone that would be a perfect fit for my Mother. I called 9 companies and Bright Star remained at the top of the list. The interview process at home went so smoothly. From the moment Sheila arrived, she and my Mother were laughing and hitting it off. It was a perfect match! I never worried about my mom when Sheila was there. When I needed to adjust her schedule, they made it so easy for me to increase hours. One night in particular, Sheila had just left for the evening and my mom had her first seizure. Hospice advised she can no longer be alone. I called Bright Star to see if Sheila was available to come right back to spend the night, and she came back with bells on. Everyone at Bright Star was so easy to work with. Most importantly, Thanks to Bright Star and Sheila, I was able to just be her daughter and not her caretaker. Sheila made sure her end of life was filled with laughs and love. i couldn't have asked for a better company or caregiver. I refer your company whenever asked. Thank you. Melissa
