We had a fantastic experience with Elvida (Ella) Music! She took amazing care of our infant daughter and toddler son, and we couldn’t be happier. She was the most professional and proactive babysitter that we’ve had in many months. Her entertaining approach kept our son engaged with fun activities, while her gentle, calm and attentive care ensured our daughter was comfortable and happy. She was proactive in every way, anticipating their needs and keeping everything under control (even during tantrum moments). We felt completely confident leaving them in her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional babysitter!

She spent a long time on the phone with me, which was so reassuring. I felt so comfortable talking to her. I set up meetings. After we signed up with Zach, and had our very reassuring BrightStar nurse visit, I was so happy that Amanda was the initial caregiver to visit my mother. Amanda Duplain is so caring, kind, smiling, and patient. She made my extremely hesitant mother very comfortable. She went out of her way to be helpful. Having “Peace of Mind” is what the residents of Creek Valley and their families are looking for. Because we “Age in Place” our seniors feel very secure knowing we not only have Support Services and Therapy - but we also have BrightStar Care - offering that “extra layer” of care confidence. That means our seniors can stay with us longer - without having to move to a higher level of care. Which is nice. In addition, I would like to say our BrightStar Care Representative, Zack Brandmeyer is truly versed in customer service… Remember that? A lost art these days. Friendly, outgoing and ready to help - Zack is very diligent and engaged with both our residents and community.
