I have recently started using this service for in home infusions. Brittany was my nurse and she is absolutely wonderful! Not only is she good at the mechanical areas of her job (IV placement, medication administration, etc.) But she was also very comfortable to be around. Would definitely recommend their services to others.

Alicia is a great help to us. She is kind and understanding and always comes with a smile . I feel very comfortable that my wife's needs will be met when I am away.

If I could give BrightStar Broomfield/Boulder 10 stars, I would. Donny S. the owner and Brittany, a Nurse Practitioner, responded very quickly to my request for an RN or Lpn, on short notice, to assist me so I could get some sleep while my 94 year old father and 92 year old mother were winding down, side by side, on hospice. Donny came to the house and explained their services, brought Brittany and assessed our needs. The next night I had coverage. The Nurse, Nancy, called me ahead of time to let me know she was coming, she arrived on time and was professional, caring, clear in her communication and ever so helpful in seeing that my parents were tended to while I got some sorely needed sleep. Brightstar has been taking care of my mom for about 5 months. They have provided exceptional care and they have communicated with us every step of the way. We have been working with Brittany who is the scheduler, and she is very prompt to communicate any schedule changes with us. She is also very polite and helpful.
