Tony more than 25 years of experience in healthcare to BrightStar Care from a variety of settings ranging from acute care to business start-up and ownership.  I developed a compassionate heart at a young age and found my way into healthcare where I met my wife, a nurse. “BrightStar to me is an avenue that allows me to stay involved in the care of people by providing the best caregivers in the industry.  I know that they are the best because every time I speak with one of our clients…they never let us forget how well the caregivers do their jobs.  It is that type of caring that keeps me involved in the home health industry and with BrightStar.” Tony and his wife Gina have been married for 31 years and live in Waynesville.  Together they have 3 wonderful kids.

Lori earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Methodist College, Fayetteville, NC.   After many years in corporate advertising and marketing, she decided to change career paths.  She began her healthcare career in the Long Term Care setting as an STNA. There she found her niche in customer service.  “The customer is always right, even if I don’t agree with their decision”. Lori came to BrightStar with a positive hardworking attitude.  She takes pride in being able to satisfy all client needs.  She constantly goes above and beyond to exceed client expectations.  With her husband, Dwayne, college age son and three dogs, she enjoys relaxing with family and traveling.

Vic is a graduate of Central State University. Prior to coming to work for BrightStar, he worked for 14 years in industrial staffing as a recruiter and manager. “I came to BrightStar they have a firm faith in Christ and the core values to do the right things and enrich lives.” Vic said. Vic is married with two grown sons both who excelled at athletics like the father. In his spare time he is a youth coach and leader of a Christian youth group at my church. Vic also likes to fish and play recreational sports.
