Dear BrightStar Team, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I am with the home health aides who have been working with me since last Thursday. Every one of the women who has come into my home has been professional, respectful, kind, courteous, and consistently on time. They have been dependable, attentive, and, most importantly, wonderful to have in my home. I also appreciate that schedules are provided and followed. That kind of consistency makes a tremendous difference when you are relying on home care. The BrightStar office staff has also been very responsive and attentive. They check in periodically to make sure everything is going well — I know that someone “Tony” is paying attention and making sure things are running smoothly. I especially want to say that every single aide I have had so far has been great. That is not something I take for granted, and I wanted to make sure the people responsible for putting this team together know how much I appreciate it. I also hope One Call will consider making BrightStar one of its first calls when another customer needs home care. Based on my experience so far, I would have no hesitation recommending this team to someone who needs dependable, professional, compassionate care. After everything I have been through trying to find the right care, it is such a relief to finally be able to say, “This is working.” Thank you to everyone involved in making that happen.

BrightStar Care helped our family during a very difficult time caring for my uncle. Outstanding care and service. The staff have been assisting me for about two months, and every single aid has been professional, courteous, caring and compassionate. They have helped me with health issues, and given an enormous amount of help with household tasks. They have also accompanied me to doctor visits and been moral support and made sure I understood everything the doctor discussed with me. During one urology visit, as we were leaving, the technician said we were "the two friendliest people we've seen here all day!" That really sums it up nicely!!

Brightstar was a blessing to help me navigate the new waters of getting care for my aging parents. They were patient in answering my many questions and have placed good aids that are helping my parents get the help they need. Living several hours from my parents means I have more peace of mind now that Brightstar is part of our support team.

KC and the entire team at BrightStar did an absolutely amazing job with my mother during a very difficult time for her and our family. They were there for all of us every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough.

KC and his team at BrightStar Care were very prompt and professional in their care of my father during his transition back home following his post-op care in a nursing home. KC personally met my father in the nursing home to confirm arrangements and answer questions, and was able to quickly confirm availability to provide 24 hour care over the weekend. He were also very flexible and responsive when we needed to push the start of my father's care back a day, and KC was kind enough to drive back to the nursing home to retrieve a medical device that had been left behind by mistake. My father reported that his home health aide was very pleasant and helpful, which gave me great peace of mind, as I live in another state. I highly recommend BrightStar Care services!

The BrightStar Care Team from people in the office to the caregivers in our home were the most comforting and kind people. They treated all of us and our mother with the most respect and with every change in schedule and location (hospital, home, assisted living facility) they met our needs!
