Outstanding care and service. The staff have been assisting me for about two months, and every single aid has been professional, courteous, caring and compassionate. They have helped me with health issues, and given an enormous amount of help with household tasks. They have also accompanied me to doctor visits and been moral support and made sure I understood everything the doctor discussed with me. During one urology visit, as we were leaving, the technician said we were "the two friendliest people we've seen here all day!" That really sums it up nicely!!

Brightstar was a blessing to help me navigate the new waters of getting care for my aging parents. KC and his team at BrightStar Care were very prompt and professional in their care of my father during his transition back home following his post-op care in a nursing home. KC personally met my father in the nursing home to confirm arrangements and answer questions, and was able to quickly confirm availability to provide 24 hour care over the weekend. He were also very flexible and responsive when we needed to push the start of my father's care back a day, and KC was kind enough to drive back to the nursing home to retrieve a medical device that had been left behind by mistake. My father reported that his home health aide was very pleasant and helpful, which gave me great peace of mind, as I live in another state. I highly recommend BrightStar Care services!

BrightStar Agency is a lifesaver at my group home! Their staff truly goes the extra mile, and the office does a fantastic job finding the right fit for us regardless of the shift. Communication is excellent, and they even call sometimes to check in and offer assistance. They have CNAs, LPNs and RNs, making it easy to find who I need, when I need them.
