Our Staff at BrightStar Care® Charleston

Whitney joined the Brightstar Care family in late 2023. She serves as the Marketing Liaison for both local and national accounts. She has lived in the wonderful Charleston area for 25 years and loves to do "all things Charleston offers". She and her husband, Joey, live in Mt. Pleasant and have three daughters. "I am thrilled to be a part of this caring team", says Whitney.

I have been a nurse for 5 years, earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Soon after graduating, I moved to Myrtle Beach where I started my career as a registered nurse. I worked in med-surg, telemetry, neuro, and medical ICU before leaving to take a travel contract here in Charleston. After 6 months of Charleston living, I decided I didn’t want to leave. I took a more permanent position here at BrightStar Care and haven’t looked back since.

Amy Condon joined the BrightStar Care family in May of 2023 and provides management and administrative duties. The many facets of her job include; human resources, national account’s business development, continual interaction with clients, caregivers, and field employees to make sure everyone has what they need to succeed. Amy has lived in Charleston for 30 years and soaks up the Charleston coastline and scenery, as much as possible. She and her husband, Christopher, who is from Charleston, met while attending their Alma Mater. Amy received her degree in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston. They have two daughters, and love the U.S.C. Gamecocks where oldest daughter is attending college. Amy spends her free time boating, exercising, and spoiling the family’s furry pets.
