Our BrightStar TN - Chattanooga Care Team

Compassion, integrity, family, excellence, trustworthiness, accountability, and diversity

“My goal is to support the office staff in finding the most qualified and dependable client care staff; I also have valuable experience in regulatory preparation for our application for Joint Commission Accreditation which is one of the multiple factors in separating BrightStar Care of Chattanooga from other similar staffing agencies. I hope to provide the best quality staff to bring compassionate care and stability to our clients and to keep BrightStar Care of Chattanooga a cut above other staffing agencies.”

Angela Coffey

I have an associate’s degree in Alcohol & Drug counseling, I also have my CNA, and my MA. I have worked clinically in the nursing home and the emergency room and have also worked private duty. I have had my hands in everything “healthcare” from billing to clinical. So I understand what my employees are doing and I know it is a hard job! I have worked clinically in the nursing home and the emergency room and have also worked private duty. So I understand what my employees are doing and I know it is a hard job! I have 10+ years’ experience in scheduling and managing a healthcare office. I love people, and interacting with people. The aspect of my job that I am most passionate about is trying to comply with my employees and my clients wish list. I go above and beyond to make sure they get the hours they request and to make sure they are working with someone they enjoy working with. If my employees are happy the clients are happy and getting the best care possible. I provide a higher standard of care for our clients by being available 24/7 to listen to their concerns and make sure they are getting the best possible care. I take my job personally. I try and put my feet in everyone else shoes. As far as listening I listen to everyone, client and personnel. Listening to someone is usually the best way to make them feel better. Clients and employees know I am there if they need me. That makes my job special and therefore I am the person that listens to the good and the bad from clients and personnel. It’s the “thank You” that makes it all worthwhile. Knowing that I sent someone that made our client smile and feel special is the goal I set out to achieve every day. I love my job at BrightStar Care – it’s not the money or the hours that matter, it’s knowing I made a difference in someone’s life.
