May is National Osteoporosis Month. Both women and men can have osteoporosis without any signs or symptoms. The disease, which is not a normal part of aging, is serious, causing broken bones, pain, suffering and life-altering loss of mobility — yet it is treatable and even preventable.

According to the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF), "approximately 54 million Americans have low bone density or osteoporosis." This May, the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) will commemorate Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month with bone healthy exercises and information – for all ages – to help achieve better bone health. Join us in raising awareness about osteoporosis and #ExerciseToMaximize your bone health! To learn more about BHOF please CLICK HERE.
