Testimonials

Even more than who we are and what we say is what we do. The true measure of the services that we provide is that we met and exceeded the expectations of those in our care and their families. Nestled deep within each unique client story is all that our caregivers are making possible – more flexibility, more security, more hope. And while we could just tell you about the kind of work we do, there is nobody better able to speak to the kind of care that BrightStar provides than those we serve on a daily basis.

We can not thank you enough for all you did for my parents. Having you there gave us all confidence that everything would work out during some of the toughest days that our family has ever gone through. To me, being a "professional" means making a very tough job look easy. You are indeed a professional. You went well beyond just "doing your job", you became a part of the family. It was obvious from the start that you cared for the well being of my dad, mom and all those that love them. Truly, the most remarkable thing was how, using your wide ranging experiences, you were able to help us make sense of new behaviors that were very very confusing. I do hope that you have a chance to help train new members of your profession, lord knows that we are going to need more and more of them.

Professional Caregivers! Brightstar of San Diego went the extra mile to accomidate my family and to work with our needs. A special thanks to Josh the owner for around the clock attention. The caregivers were friendly and professional. I have used other caregivers in the past and Brightstar of San Diego is by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone needing home care services.
