Eric Eisenberg, Owner - Eric recently retired from corporate life after a career in the financial services industry to pursue his lifetime goal of owning and operating a small business. BrightStar Care provided Eric an opportunity to both operate a business and give back to the community by providing the highest level of homecare. Eric lives nearby in Walnut Creek with his wife Karen. They raised two daughters and enjoy spending time with their grandson.
Victoria Barnes, Client Care Manager – After seeing the Undercover Boss episode about BrightStar Care in 2011, Victoria, a proud stay-at-home mom of 3 children, knew she would work for BrightStar, especially since she had been her daughter’s personal caregiver. Victoria brought her natural skills to BrightStar, caring for newborns to the elderly. Today, Victoria is the Client Care Manager in the Dublin office, providing the perfect matched staff to our clients the way she would want for her family.
Maggie Lucca, Client Care Manager – Maggie joined BrightStar Care in March 2013. She has worked in the client services industry for over 20 years and during that time she enjoyed the role as a client advocate. Maggie is delighted to be part of the BrightStar Care team and is dedicated to helping clients and their families, making BrightStar Care a perfect fit to engage her passion for client advocacy.
Susan Miller, Director of Client Care – It is BrightStar Care’s vision -- to enrich lives and give peace of mind to clients, their families, and loved ones, that attracted Susan to the company. Tired of being in the rat race within the tech sales industry and legal field, Susan decided that it was important for her to give back to her community in a more substantial way. Her passion for helping people and making a difference in their lives made it an easy choice for Susan to join BrightStar Care. Emily Clayton, HR Manager – Emily is a Tri-Valley native that grew up in Livermore, CA. During breaks in school, she would volunteer at the local senior center and accompany her mother to deliver meals to seniors throughout the community. She has a passion for traveling, helping others, and hiring the best care team for our clients. Emily has over ten years of experience in all aspects of hiring and has a demonstrated history of working in Healthcare, Sales, and Customer Service.
