Our BrightStar Care of Fairfax Director of Nursing, Mona Amireh, RN, oversees all clinical operations for our Home Health Care Agency in Fairfax. Mona joined BrightStar in early 2019 as our Assistant Director of Nursing, and before BrightStar she worked as a nurse for Capital Caring Hospice. Mona manages our RNs and LPNs directly, ensuring that we exceed the Joint Commission safety standards, and that the care we provide is the highest quality possible. She also trains and oversees care provided by our team of personal care home assistants and nursing aides. We know that Mona's oversight makes a difference when we get client feedback and testimonials from family members.
