BrightStar Considers Every Case A Home Run.

May 25th, 2016

On May 25, 1935, at Forbes Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Babe Ruth hits his 714th home run, a record for career home runs that would stand for almost 40 years. This was one of Ruth’s last games, and the last home run of his career. Ruth went four for four on the day, hitting three home runs and driving in six runs.

I’m sure he remembers his first homer but as all prolific players probably not the last one because they never think it's the last. His final game wasn’t until a week later with several more opportunities.  When we hit it out of the park all bases are touched to assure your family is happy with the final score!
