Joint Commission audits healthcare companies in order to ensure these companies are dedicated to improving health care quality and safety. Certification requires an on-site evaluation by The Joint Commission. The evaluation assesses compliance with Gold level standards. In 2021, BrightStar Care of Frisco/Carrollton completed this evaluation and received NO FINDINGS! This is the highest level of achievement offered. In addition to no findings, our BrightStar location was awarded The Gold Seal of Approval.
