Jacquelyn Robinson embarked on her inspiring journey to the pinnacle of nursing excellence driven by a deep-rooted passion for healthcare and an unwavering commitment to patient care. Born and raised in Texas, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she was distinguished by her academic excellence and leadership qualities. Jacquelyn’s exceptional skills did not go unnoticed; she was soon entrusted with the role of Director of Nursing with Brightstar Care after working as a field Nurse. After years of acute care Nursing, I decided to venture into home health care with Brightstar care. I am passionate about Brightstar because it is a fantastic option for those who require medical attention or assistance with daily activities but wish to maintain their independence by staying in the comfort of their own homes. It promotes faster recovery and reduces the risk of infections that can occur in hospital settings, as the personalized care plan is tailored to meet the individual's specific needs. Additionally, it allows patients to receive compassionate care from professionals while surrounded by the support of their family and familiar environment, enhancing their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Ashlie Bridegum, MHS is the Director of Operations at BrightStar Care of Frisco and Carrollton. Ashlie enjoys helping others during difficult times in their lives and home health allows her passion to be possible. In addition to managing office administration, Ashlie was a dental assistant for sixteen years where she worked with patients in low income communities and volunteered through outreach opportunities. Ashlie holds a Master's Degree in Health Science and a Bachler's in Science with an emphasis in Health Education from Texas Woman's University. At BrightStar Care, Ashlie coordinates office productivity through billing and payroll, leads the home health caregiver team, trains all new staff members, and develops effective strategies to protect the homebound customers. 

Alison Richardson, MS, has a Masters in Human Development, along with experience in business and trial consulting. Alison is active in the community as a volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association, and she also serves on the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Senior Service Alliance Steering Committee. She selected home care as her encore career because she wanted to work with purpose and help make the world a better place with her efforts. As she searched for the best home care business, she was attracted to several things about BrightStar Care.

Kacie McDaniel has an MBA from West Texas A&M University. She has worked with BrightStar since 2020.

Camilla Norder has a BBA and 30 years of healthcare recruiting experience.  She enjoys working at BrightStar Care of Frisco/Carrollton with all the professional, positive, and empathetic staff.
