Susan Nimnuan, Vice President, John Botsko, Owner & Tracy Brady, Exec. Director of Business Development

John Botsko, Owner/President


John is a native of Indiana. He was a hospital CEO for many years and a Regional Executive for a hospital management company, overseeing multiple client hospitals in the southeastern US. John holds a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Indiana University School of Medicine. Board certified in healthcare management and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), John is very involved in the Naples and Ft. Myers communities and is an active member of a faith-based CEO organization called the C-12 Group, which provides a business and spiritual framework to operating successful businesses. John has served as Chapter President (2010) for the (ACHE) Western Florida Chapter Board; Board Secretary, Medical Managers Association of Collier County; Board Vice President, Naples Interagency Council; Board Member, CAMEO Group of Naples; Board Member of the Indiana University Alumni Chapter of Southwest Florida; and a Board Member of the Executive Committee, American Heart Association. He also is an active member of the Rotary Club of Naples. John is honored for the unique chance to make a big difference in his community and to each of the residents and businesses he and his staff serve in Collier and Lee counties. Susan Nimnuan, Vice President

A native of Florida, Susan has enjoyed living in Maryland and Michigan before returning to her home state.  She graduated from Western Michigan University with dual bachelor degrees in Business Management and Criminal Justice. Susan thought she would follow in her father's footsteps and join the FBI or the Secret Service. Instead, Susan took her grandfather’s path toward medicine and worked in radiology before discovering BrightStar Care and the In Home Care industry.
Susan is an active member of C-12 Group, a faith-based organization which provides a spiritual framework for operating successful businesses. She is an active member of the Parkinson’s Association and sits on various BrightStar management committees. Her passion, drive and knowledge of the industry affords Susan the opportunity to offer a higher standard of care to her clients and community. Susan strives to be a voice for seniors in an effort to promote change in local and national health care policies. Her tireless efforts to educate and petition government officials achieved approval for BrightStar to offer Covid vaccines to the home bound and veterans.  During her down time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and her two canine sons Riley and Ralphie.

Tracy Brady, CDP - Executive Director of Business Development

Tracy is the consummate elder care professional. She has held positions of increasing responsibility in the industry since 2000. She began her career as Activities Director of the Connecticut-based Maplewood Assisted Living Corporation. Tracy managed a wide range of recreational and therapeutic programs. During her tenure, Tracy continuously developed new programs to fully engage all residents in order to restore and advance their quality of life.
Tracy’s next step was to serve as Executive Director of Business Development and Community Relations at a regional franchise of a national home care corporation. She served as the key liaison and relationship manager between her firm and regional care facilities, medical centers and hospitals. Tracy’s successful efforts to connect home care services with elderly clients resulted in creating the area’s most successful home care business.
In 2020, Tracy relocated to sunny Florida to join the BrightStar team and is committed to achieving the same level of care and service to her new clients.
Tracy serves on several organizational boards aimed at enriching the quality of life of seniors in the community. She is certified by the Alzheimer's Association as an instructor for Specialized Dementia Care and Education and has attained a CDP certification, which is a testament to her personal commitment to those suffering from Alzheimer's and Dementia challenges.
She spends time with her mother and grandmother who live in the Naples area, and feels very blessed by her two children Taylor, currently in residency at a Florida hospital and Jared who recently graduated law school. She enjoys getting to know her new rescue puppy Remington Dolce watching her 'grand' dog Millie and simply soaking in the beautiful Florida sun.

Ellen Huyser, RN - Director of Nursing for Personal Care

Ellen is a BrightStar transplant. She joins us from BrightStar Care of Brighton, Michigan and brings 36 years of nursing experience.
Ellen received her nursing degree from the University of Michigan School of Nursing.  She began her career at a regional hospital in Grand Rapids Michigan. She then spent five months with a Christian missionary in Galmi, West Africa where she cared for medical, surgical and orthopedic clients.  Upon returning to Michigan, Ellen accepted a leadership role in the care of postpartum mothers and newborns.
Building relationships with clients and caregivers is what Ellen most enjoys. Her daily goal is to effectively and compassionately guide clients so that they may enjoy their best health as they comfortably age in place.
Ellen is an active member of C-12 Group, a faith-based organization which provides a spiritual framework for operating successful businesses. Her attention to detail and organization is most evident in her daily interactions with our clients, but also her personal spice cupboard which is alphabetized!
In her spare time, Ellen enjoys the sights and sounds of nature relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Florida and the rewards of volunteering, most recently in a leadership role for a Community Bible Study group.

Shannon Monteiro
Originally from Fayetteville, NC, Shannon studied communications at Purdue University. Upon graduation, she began her career as a sales person with the French pharmaceutical company Sanofi, located in Greenwich, Connecticut. She then accepted a position with Ross Pediatrics, a division of Abbott Labs, where she was responsible for selling nutritional health products. Shannon quickly realized she had a love of the high paced sales world and calling on pediatricians.
After the birth of her son, Shannon became a full time mom and for the next seventeen years she held variety of important volunteer positions including leading fund raising campaigns. 
In 2020, Shannon reentered the workforce as a part time sales associate for Tory Burch and then served as a Marketing Liaison at Avow Hospice in Naples, Florida.
But Shannon ideally wanted to find an industry and company that she could be passionate about and that would tap into her extensive sales experience and skill set she developed as a parent. She found her dream job at BrightStar of Naples.

Rae Lynn Giannaccio
Rae Lynn is passionate about serving the elder community. She has over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles for several assisted living communities, skilled nursing and home care industries in the Connecticut and Florida areas. Rae Lynn’s diverse experience in operations, regional marketing, and business development has led to her success as a collaborative healthcare partner, ensuring elder care services that are second to none.
Most recently, Rae Lynn served as Director of Business Development and Recruiting for The Nurse Network/Infinity Home Care in her home state of Connecticut and her new home in Southwest Florida. Joining BrightStar Care in 2022 was a logical next step for Rae Lynn given her personal commitment to providing outstanding care to the most vulnerable of our population.
By focusing on physical/emotional wellbeing and overall hospitality service, Rae Lynn effectively develops, leads and inspires teams toward excellence in quality care.
Rae Lynn enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, landscape painting and spending time with her treasured family and friends. She is an active volunteer for those in need; among those closest to her heart are Habitat for Humanity, Acts 4 Ministry and her local food bank.

Riley Nimnuan, Director of Food Inspection

Riley Bear Joseph Nimnuan, a 10 year old Morkie, is a former resident of Michigan, where he was rescued at the age of 3 ½ months from an unfathomable situation. Riley is the company’s Director of Food Inspection, and feels food is only enjoyed with accompanying condiments, he possesses a discriminating palate.  When he is not scouting out lunches in the office, he enjoys swimming but only if the water is prepped at 80+ degrees, loves playing fetch, and is devoted to his girlfriend Teddy, his daddy and mom – in that order. Riley is full of love, smiles and an occasional growl if condiments can not be found.
Riley currently prefers working ½ days as he is in semi-retirement. He strongly believes in more of a life of leisure

Ralphie Nimnuan, Director of Desk Inspection

Born Ralphie Bear John Nimnuan, named after a Christmas Story – you’ll shoot your eye out!-  is a purebred Morkie, was raised in Ft. Myers and was the largest in his litter. This big boy is our Director of Desk Inspection, although is creeping into his brother’s role of Food Inspection as he loves food, especially his grandpa’s spice Thai dishes. Ralphie hates care rides unless he’s coming to work or going to grandma’s house.  He thoroughly enjoys inspecting all staff member’s desks, numerous times a day, and will help himself to a nap on one if the feeling strikes him. Ralphie likes to be at eye level will all the he comes in contact with, thus making him extremely efficient at work and home. When he is not at work, Ralphie likes to relax in his personal boat in his pool, and needs to work for income to sustain his life of luxury. Although Ralphie is his mother’s best friend and confidant, he would prefer to go to work with his Daddy.


Maple Julian, Director of Pet Therapy
 

Born in Alabama, Maple is an Australian Shepard pure bred and is 6th generation with 5 brothers and sisters. Maple came to live with her humans 6 years ago, and has brought an immeasurable amount of unconditional love to her family and our office .
When she is not offering love and comfort in her Pet Therapy role she adores herding chickens, chasing rabbits, wild turkeys, bears and raccoons. She loves children and playing fetch, but not as much as eating peanut butter and cuddling with her mom on their recliner. Maple is not a fan of the rain as it does not afford her a good hair day.

Millie, Brady-Fahan, Director of Security

Millie Brady Fahan was born in Texas and spent her formidable years in a Texas Shelter which prepared her for her role as Director of Security. Millie was rescued by her parents in Texas and moved to Florida where her dad is stationed with the Navy.  Millie has learned what love and commitment means and is overly protective to anyone she deems is a worthy human. Millie is small but fierce, at 14 lbs this 4 year old mix of Pomeranian/Chihuahua ensures the safety of all human and canine staff members in the BrightStar Care office. When not on patrol at work, Millie supervises her Gigi’s complex where she is staying until her daddy returns from deployment and Mommy finishes her medical rotations. Millie enjoys her best friends Rufus and Lambie, who both look like they could benefit from a spa day and also loves going for walks, where she sniffs and inspects each blade of grass, soaking in the sun and eating ice cream before bed. Millie is living her best life and has the most fabulous “Fur”ever home.  Her favorite quote is “You can’t buy love, but you can rescue it!”
