Takaria always goes above and beyond to make sure her client is well taken care of. The client's family are nothing less than effusive when describing how big of a help Takaria has been. 

Dan recently stepped up to be President of BrightStar Care of Hartford, February 2022.  As the leader of the Hartford territory, Dan is passionate about giving his client a higher level of care. 
Dan's career has spanned across the business / healthcare field to include Anthem, Amedisys, and Beacon. Most recently, the McCoy family established the McCoy Foundation that supports families and children in Tanzania and Rwanda.

Dan has been living in Suffield for the last 10 years with his wife Megan, 4 children and 2 dogs (Guinness and Harp).  

In his spare time Dan enjoys traveling, going to theater, and is an avid sports enthusiast.  Has biked across America and hiked Kilimanjaro.

Ali has been with BrightStar Care of Hartford since April 2016 as Director of Client Services.
Ali has been living in Suffield since 2018 with her husband of 23 years.  Ali has been a nurse since 1992 and has experience in acute care, facility care, private care and now homecare.

As Director of Client Services she oversees the care of our clients and training of all caregivers. Ali handles evaluations, supervision of employees, orientations, establishing goals, creating plans of care for BrightStar clients and so much more!

 In her free time, Ali likes to travel with her husband Paul and friends, golfing, walking, reading, workouts and gardening and most of all playing with her granddaughter Lily ☺

Dennise is an experienced CNA, scheduler, and mom. Thankfully she has over 20 years of experience scheduling because she splits her time between working, spending time with her three children, cooking delicious meals, and relaxing with her husband. 

As the branch manager and main scheduler, Dennise handles communication, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees. 

Eva is a young professional who has spearheaded our payroll department and advises on the finances of the company. 
When she isn't crunching numbers she is watching Marvel movies with her brother and her giant rabbit Max. 

As Director of Operations, Jason leads our team for daily operations, customer service, administration, finance, and human resources.

Jason  graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a major in Business Information Systems and a minor in Business administration with a finance focus. 
He worked in banking but has since joined us in the world of homecare. 

When he isn't working, Jason likes to play boardgames, work with his 3D printer, and spend time with friends.
