BrightStar Care has been great caring for my 90 year old mother. We have been with BrightStar for several years and they have been very supportive and understanding in caring for my mother. Janet Howell is the nurse that always comes to my house to do the medicine infusion. She’s always nice and smart. She always answers the questions that I asked her with a smile on her face. She works professionally and very careful in handling everything from the needles to the medicine and always washes her hands after handling every item. She is a great nurse with great service. Thank you so very much for assigning her to me.

BrightStar Care of Honolulu (Hawaii) is our “GO TO” company for assisting us with caring for our son after brain cancer treatments. From dealing with Ellie in the office, to Nurse Rachael and of course our Providers Chanda and Yumiko. Both Chanda and Yumiko are very caring, compassionate and truly concerned about giving the best care and assistance to our son. We couldn’t be more pleased, and our son loves them too!

My mother has Dementia and rarely engages in conversations. Maritza came into our home about a month ago and it has been nothing short of a pleasure. Momma enjoys talking with her and I love the care she provides. She has been an angel on earth for me. I now have time to relax or run errands. She is a gem💕

I can't say enough great things about the office staff, nurses and caregivers at BrightStar Care of Hawaii. My sister and I don't live in Hawaii anymore and needed round the clock care after our mom fell and broke her wrist and a vertebrae in her back. BrightStar was able to put a team in place right away and we have been blessed with the most caring and professional caregivers. We could not have made it through those first few weeks with out Noemi, Jenice, Ellen and Sataryn. Ellie and the scheduling staff worked round the clock to make sure that we had the coverage we needed. Noemi was my mom's first caregiver and her Japanese language ability was a HUGE bonus for us! Mom is up and moving around again, but we decided to keep our team on a regular rotation for peace of mind and companionship. I can tell that they truly care about my mom and that she is not "just a client." It may seem like nothing, but when I saw that Jenice had drawn my mom's eyebrows in for her it brought tears to my eyes. It's the little things that make you know they care. We get texts and pictures from the caregivers which means so much since we can't be in Hawaii with her all the time. Thank you. Thank you.
