Mike Scott, CSA, Owner
Local owner Mike Scott is a native Arkansan who has made it his mission to provide the highest quality of care to families and businesses in the Hot Springs / Benton area. After visiting his great grandmother in a nursing home, Mike learned at an early age that he did not want his grandparents or parents to be in the same position. He made a promise to his mother right then that he would not put her in a facility. As an adult, he has been able to help many families across Arkansas fulfill that same promise. Mike is a Certified Senior Advisor and is proud to be running the premier Home Care and Medical Staffing Agency in Arkansas.
Stephanie Williams, DOO / DON
Stephanie Williams recently joined our team as The Director of Operations and Nursing. Stephanie brings over 20 years of medical experience in Women’s Health and Geriatrics. She was the VP of Operations at a Men’s Health clinic for several locations throughout Arkansas and Director of Nursing at a skilled nursing / memory care facility. Stephanie’s personal and professional mantra is to passionately strive towards constant improvement, while exceeding expectations. Stephanie has a passion for helping others and an advocating for home health patients. Her goal is to continue finding ways for our loved ones to be cared for in their home, where they feel comfortable and safe. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Kristina Gore, LPN, Branch Manager
Kristina is a native Arkansan who started her journey in the medical field in 1993 as a nursing student at North Arkansas Community College. She obtained her Practical Nursing License and has always had a passion for helping others. Kristina has twenty-eight years of nursing experience in the long-term care and clinic settings. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending her time outdoors exploring Arkansas in her side by side, camping and going to the lake along with spending time with her family and Boston Terrier. Kristina has a contagious laugh and positive spirit!
Briana Adams, Customer Care Manager
Brianna is originally from Maine, but is enjoying being a resident of Arkansas. “Bri” has worked in healthcare for approximately four years. She loves getting to know new people and the conversations she gets to have with clients and family members. “I have always loved the feeling of knowing that whether I am working in the field or staffing our employees with our clients I am making a difference in people’s lives. So many people I've met working through healthcare have also made a huge impact on my life.” Bri enjoys taking her two dogs for walks, fishing, spending time with my family, and going to the gym.
Sandi Turner, Lead Registered Nurse
Sandi has been an RN since 1990 working in many different capacities such as Hospital Med/Surge, Home Health, School Nurse and Case Management. Sandi has been with BrightStar Care since 2012 and works with our clients and caregivers performing skills checks, supervisory visits, assessments, teaching, training and case management. She also assists with surveys and Joint Commission Accreditation. Sandi has a nurse’s heart, a kind demeanor, an infectious attitude and her compassion for those we care for shines through daily.
