Overview: Seminar will provide Social Workers and Case Managers the tools to reassure and guide families on best practices for paying for a nursing facility, protecting the family home and other assets, and qualify for Medicaid (on the first attempt). Seminar will also explain the importance of having basic estate planning documents such as a will, power of attorney, healthcare directive and MOLST in place.
