Denise Oleksy | Community Liaison
Denise has worked in the healthcare service industry for over 20 years. She was with Edgepark Surgical for 15 years, Edwards Healthcare for 6 years, and then Classic Home Healthcare for two years. We were very blessed to have her join our team in February of 2017.
Denise grew up in Garfield Heights where she helped-out at a young age at Mizway Tavern which was owned by her grandparents. She learned her work ethic early on by bussing tables and manning the phones while she honed her customer service skills. Denise has participated in many community related activities over the years: high school cheerleading and sports, church activities, meals ministry, mentoring, and working as a nanny. She also has volunteered with the Alzheimer’s association on the planning committee for the annual walk.
Denise is very passionate about gaining our clients trust and uncovering their needs, to ensure that they can remain in their homes with assistance, and to maintain their independence as long as possible. She is very successful at putting what we say we can do into practice with the assistance of our supportive, caring team. She strives to help us maintain our higher standard of care with continued communications to address ongoing needs and ensure satisfaction with services. She maintains close contacts with referral sources to assist with findings services that our agency does not provide, and coordinating/providing educational events and seminars to educate and engage clients, families, and community members.
