I am incredibly grateful for the professional and compassionate service they have consistently delivered. From the start, Brightstar showed their commitment to understanding my mother's needs. This personalized approach immediately put our family at ease, knowing that our mother would receive the best possible care. DeLoris and Bettie were a real blessing for Mom and our entire family. They each have a genuine and caring attitude and treated my mother with respect, dignity, and empathy. Their patience and understanding were remarkable when we encountered some difficult circumstances related to my mother’s care. It is evident that they have received excellent training and possess the expertise required to handle various situations that arose Brightstar consistently provided a reliable schedule and ensured that there was never a gap in my mother's care. This level of dependability greatly reduced the stress and worry associated with managing her well-being. The Brightstar administration, as well as caregivers DeLoris and Bettie, also provided great communication and support. They were always prompt in responding to inquiries or concerns. They created an environment where we felt comfortable discussing any aspect of my mother's care. Their attention to detail and commitment to Mom’s care fostered an atmosphere of trust and confidence. Overall, I cannot recommend Brightstar highly enough. Their commitment to delivering personalized, compassionate, and professional care for my elderly mother exceeded our expectations. Logan was the best nurse I’ve had in 6 months over 4 surgeries and 5 hospitalization. Logan was very careful, caring, and communicative! She was always on time and cares about her patients. Nafesa at BrightStar was also helpful during this 6 weeks of home healthcare! Highly recommend for nursing care!

We have used the services of Brightstar for almost five years to provide care for my mother. We are particularly pleased with the professionalism and dedication of the aides sent by Brightstar and the supervision provided by the agency’s managers Anique and Robin. We have had the same two aides, Mattie and Edline, for the last few years. Both provide outstanding and attentive care for my mother. Many of the managers at the assisted living facility where my mother resides have commented to us on how fortunate we are to have Mattie and Edline helping my mother. We most certainly agree.

My experience with BrightStar care could not have been better. Finding care for me previously has been a struggle but it was pretty straightforward with these guys. I appreciate all the help that they were able to provide. It made our trip so much better. Z, Jean, Gaybriel made all the difference.

Edline came to work for our mother after a fall and hip surgery. She was attentive to her needs, both physical and emotional. We feel lucky to have Edline to help us navigate through this time of uncertainty. BrightStar Care was there for us with every question answered, options vetted and support.

Brightstar Jupiter is fabulous they have been helping me take care of my 84 year old mom since June 2018. They are constantly asking me what else I need and what else they can do to help. It is such a relief because the company we had been using for 3 years was disappointing. My Mom has dementia and various physical injuries so she requires a lot of attention and constant hands on. Schnaida our main caregiver does an amazing job, she is dedicated to my Mom, professional, polite, proactive, she anticipates difficulties and handles challenges easily. She succeeds and exceeds. I operate a medical home health agency in Ohio but my father was in South Florida and needed some extra care at home. I spoke to a couple of agencies but Diane and her team made me feel comfortable. I thought she was knowledgable and her team was thorough in assessing and providing the right care in a timely manner. We have used Brightstar for almost two years to provide a daily aide for my 94-year-old mother. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service my mother has received. The management of Brightstar takes the time to careful assess the needs of their clients so that the aides assigned are a perfect fit. Lulu has been the weekday aide for about a year. She is always cheerful and compassionate. She consistently demonstrates excellent judgement. My mother looks forward to the time she spends with her.
