The talents and training of our experienced caregivers is held to our higher standard everyday. However, what makes some stand out and earn the employee of the month are those added qualities of a kind word or touch and an enthusiastic passion for providing the best in both non-medical and skilled caregiving.
For July we honor Sheila Wimberly. She is willing, and readily available, to provide care to our client’s when called upon. Sheila also takes initiative to call the office to inquire about open shifts, and typically acquires other shifts at facilities. When conducting touch points, we receive positive feedback from Sheila’s clients’ and/or their families, regarding her work performance.
