Quality caregivers and medical staffing solutions in La Crosse County
Susan Rather and Jeff Tews, have an innate desire to help others. As fate would have it, their caring nature is what brought them together: they met while participating in a bike ride to support Multiple Sclerosis. A few years later, they married and teamed up to not only be biking companions, but also business owners. When they heard about BrightStar they decided it was the perfect opportunity to help families and create jobs in their community. Susan, Jeff and their staff are committed to compassionate care and exceptional service. Their core values are rooted in the firsthand knowledge of how difficult it is to find quality professionals to help seniors remain independent in their homes, and how tough it is to manage care when families are busy or geographically removed. With a current staff of over 300, they have served over 1000 families, and have provided temporary medical staff for dozens of facilities.
