Nathan Adelson Hospice Annual Multicultural Luncheon

January 15, 2019

Join BrightStar Care of Las Vegas on February 27th for The Nathan Adelson Hospice Annual Multicultural Luncheon

Embracing the Journey

A Cultural Conversation on Hospice and Palliative Care

The keynote speaker for this luncheon is Clevis Parker, M.D., Chief Medical Officer, Nathan Adelson Hospice. The goal for the conference and luncheon is to address how hospice and palliative care is perceived and the many barriers that exist across cultures.   They will once again offer a morning panel discussion for clinicians, social workers, etc. to receive CEU credits, followed by a luncheon where this topic will be discussed further.

The funds raised through this luncheon support the Center for Compassionate Care. Coping with grief can be a difficult and lonely experience. The Center for Compassionate Care offers programs and services to anyone coping with grief, loss, and life-threatening illness. We serve children, adults and families and there is no fee.

For more than 40 years, Nathan Adelson Hospice, Southern Nevada’s largest nonprofit hospice, has been providing patients and their loved ones with comprehensive end-of-life care and influences better care for all in our community.
