Our initial Alzheimer and Dementia Caregiver Support Group meeting is this Wednesday, January 10 @ 10:30am. The support Group, conducted by trained facilitators, are a safe place for a caregiver of someone living with dementia.
-Develop a support system
-Exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions
-Talk through issues and ways of coping.
-Share feelings, needs adn concerns
-Learn about community resources
Come join us and see what it's all about and how Vivian and others can support you and help you in any way. If you are unable to make the first meeting, that is okay, we are meeeting the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 1030am.
