Prior to admission, we complete a comprehensive assessment to evaluate wellness, personal care and medication support requirements. Our Registered Nurse (RN) then creates a personalized plan for our highly-trained caregivers and staff to follow to support your loved one.
Assisted Living and Memory Care
Our memory care and assisted living services both encompass a person-centered approach. Assisted living residents need help with some daily tasks such as bathing or managing medication, but they can otherwise engage in activities on their own and maintain their independence. Memory care adds an element of safety and security for seniors living with dementia. Our memory care program offers activities that help improve residents’ cognitive abilities while they enjoy their favorite hobbies.
Services We Provide
Residents at BrightStar Senior Living Madison are able to relax in their suites and enjoy themselves in our safe, home-like environment. Days are filled with a variety of enrichment activities and opportunities to socialize.
In addition to handling all laundry and housekeeping responsibilities, we provide your loved one with the level of assistance they need for tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming, eating, going to the restroom and mobility — always allowing them to maintain their dignity and independence. Our residents love their chef-prepared meals and snacks. We also administer medication and have pharmacy services.
Family Support
We realize this may be your first experience transitioning your loved one to an assisted living or memory care community, and we are here to support you and your loved one.
Our team can arrange for onsite concierge medical services, as well as coordinate outside care such as home health, hospice or physical therapy. If you need help navigating long-term care (LTC) insurance reimbursement, we are also happy to provide assistance with that process.
