Q: How did you first learn about BrightStar Care of Mid - Missouri?

A: “I first learned about Brightstar through an ad on the internet. I applied and was hired a week later!”

Q: What are 3 words to describe BrightStar Care of Mid - Missouri?

A: “Three words to describe Brightstar would be 1. DEVOTION 2. CARING 3. PRIDEFUL”

Q: What do you like most about BrightStar Care of Mid - Missouri?

A: “The thing I like most about Brightstar is taking care of the clients we provide for. I love being able to help clients live a great and happy life.”

Q: What is the favorite part about working for BrightStar Care of Mid - Missouri?

A: “I love the the recognition I get receive for a job well done. I've never worked for a better company that shows as much devotion to its employees as it does the clients we provide care for. It's awesome to hear hear "great job" or "keep up the good work"

Q: What is your proudest moment at BrightStar Care of Mid - Missouri?

A: In my first month, I was honored with the "Employee of the Month" award. Also being promoted to work in the office was such a proud moment.

Q: What is your role at BrightStar Care of Mid - Missouri?

A: “I would say that my role at Brightstar is to be a better me. My job is to ensure I am taking care of the needs of our clients, and always making sure I'm doing something better each day.”

Q: Do you have a favorite quote?

A: “I wouldn't say it’s a quote, it's more like a motto. "We walk by faith, not by sight" and also "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"

Q: How do you define success?

A: “I would define success by happiness. If you’re happy in your life may it be in your career, your job, your love life than I feel like you've succeeded. Everyone deserves to live a life they are proud of.

Q: If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?

A: “If I could do another job for just one day it would be a photographer. I've always loved the idea of art being portrayed through still time. I love that photographers capture all sorts of emotions and experiences through photos.”

Q: If you were to write a book about yourself, what would you name it?

A: “If I were write a book about myself the title of the book would "This is me".”

Q: What are three words to best describe you?

A: “Three words to describe me would be; 1. Catholic 2. Mother 3.Bubbly!”

Q: What are your top three life highlights?

A: “I would say my top three life highlights would be 1. Becoming a mother 2. Graduating high school top of my class and being honored as valedictorian. 3. Graduating with my CMA and wanting to further my education i n Nursing.”

Q: What advice would you give to recent new hires?

A: treat the clients the way you would want someone to treat your family. Don't be too hard on yourself, things sometime happen that we can't control. Ask questions if you are unsure about anything. Lastly to take pride in the job you’re doing. If you don't love your job there is no point in working it.”

Q: What are three career lessons you’ve learned thus far?

A: “The first career lesson I’ve learned thus far is that this is the career I want to be in. I LOVE IT! The other two would be just to take your time in learning your career. Also that this is the hardest career to be in but also the most rewarding.”

Q: What are your hopes for our industry?

A: “My hopes would be to become and RN and possibly stay on with Brightstar. I love the company, I think they should keep doing what they've been doing. It's a wonderful place for not only the clients but also if you want to begin your career in nursing.”

Q: Where is your hometown?
