Who Will Speak on Your Behalf When You Cannot

May 5, 2021

Virtual Munch & Learn

Tuesday, May 11th from 10:00am – 11:00am.

The topic is “Who Will Speak on Your Behalf When You Cannot". This is a practical discussion led by Warren County Surrogate, Kevin O'Neill. He will discuss everyone's needs for three documents: a Will, to carry out your wishes after you have passed, a Power of Attorney to give someone else the right to act on your behalf, either generally or for a specific purpose, while you are alive, and a Living Will to direct medical personnel on the types of treatment that you would want should you become ill. As a judge of the Surrogate's Court he will also discuss how he appoints an Executor or Administrator in change of an estate.

In order to attend this Zoom virtual meeting, you need to register.

This presentation will be done via Zoom which is a very simple app that can be downloaded onto your laptop, phone, iPad or other smart device quickly and for free.
