Prepared not Scared: Emergency Preparedness for Seniors and Caregivers is presented by Laurie Roome, Community Educator, Somerset County Office on Aging & Disability Services.

When an emergency or disaster happens, being prepared for the unexpected can reduce the stress you may feel. Learn what steps to take to help you prepare and cope with an emergency.

The presentation will be via Zoom, which is a very simple app that can be downloaded onto your laptop, phone, iPad, or other smart devices quickly and for free. You will need the information contained in the email to sign in on Tuesday, August 24. We suggest that you sign into the meeting five minutes early. You will be placed in the waiting room, and the host will let you in at 11:00 am.
