I have been using BrightStar in Naperville for over six years and have had quite a few good caregivers. My current caregivers, Bonita and Wendy are truly amazing. They are extremely well trained, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. They are also caring and have become friends and family. I look forward to seeing them everyday and am grateful for their help every day.

Brightstar provided an outstanding young women by the name of Amayrany to help my wife in starting her day and doing household chores in a very competent and helpful way. She has a pleasant and happy demeanor at all times.

Jessica is amazing. Caring for people is clearly what she was meant to do. I called in a panic and Jean kindly answered to help. Within 10 minutes Jean had Jessica at my front door to help my mom who is suffering from pancreas cancer. Jessica was kind, professional, gentle, and clearly skilled with maneuvering my 79 year old mom into a more comfortable position. My husband has Parkinson’s. All the Bright Star helpers have been competent and caring. He has especially connected with Shania and Kiauna. They have given him the independence he wants with the care he needs. They are both very personable with a twinge of sass that makes their care more like friends rather than hired help.

She was is so professional and cordial, the perfect person to have representing your company. She was kind and compassionate toward Richard and made him comfortable for his last hard day while fighting lung cancer. She went above and beyond - even some house cleaning and organizing! Stephanie has been a true wonder for my mom Sally Mical. She is so kind to her and the interaction has been tremendous. Stephanie grew up in the same area of Chicago Sally grew up at. So they talk about the neighborhood and how it has changed over the years. We found out that Stephanie is Polish. Sally and her were talking about all the Polish customs/traditions for Easter. Which Sally just loves, as it brings back happy memories for Sally. Stephanie is Catholic and is so kind to say the rosery with Sally when she visits. Sally truly appreciates this. These small things that Stephanie does during each visit makes Sally so happy. Sally really looks forward to Stephanie's visits each and every week!!!!
