Andi has been with this BrightStar agency for the past 13 years as Administrator and Director of Nursing, and recently became Owner/CEO. She is responsible for overseeing the business and clinical operations of the agency.  Andi is excited to continue the growth of BrightStar in our community as a name that is  known and trusted for providing excellent service.  She also provides supervision of our nursing staff, caregiver oversight, licensure compliance, and the recruitment and management of our clinical team, including the nurse care managers who ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Most importantly, Andi works hard to ensure the quality of our care and customer service.  Don't ever hesitate to contact her if you have any questions or concerns about the quality of our service, whether an existing client, prospective one, or referral partner. 

Bobbie  joined BrightStar with over 20 years of healthcare experience.Her management and human resources experience allows her to provide direction and support to our staff, clients, and their families. Her passion is helping those who deal with health issues that affect our communities and individuals quality of life. She cares for our clients as she cares for her own parents.

Megan started her nursing career in inpatient oncology, providing compassionate care to patients and families during difficult times. She enjoyed making genuine connections with her patients and being able to provide comfort during their final moments. During her time as an oncology nurse, she gained a vast knowledge of critical situation management, infusion administration, wound care, palliative care, and hospice/end of life care. Since moving back to her hometown of The Woodlands, she has served as a home health infusion nurse at BrightStar Care. She is excited to bring her combined knowledge to her role as Director of Nursing. She will serve as a clinical resource for the field staff she oversees and encourage nurses and caregivers to always provide safe, quality and compassionate home care to our clients and families, exemplifying BrightStar Care’s higher standards. 

Rusty came to Brightstar with 25 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant in Home Health. Her passion has always been to keep clients in the comforts of their own home for as long as possible. Rusty has been with BrightStar Care for 4 years and was recently promoted to the Recruiter role.  She enjoys meeting people and finding the right talent to join our team.  When Rusty is not in the office, she is out in the field assisting our clients with their daily needs. Rusty enjoys saltwater fishing, camping, and spending time with her family.

I have developed a strong set of skills and knowledge with a proven track record of success.  My work is driven by my compassion for people and helping others. I joined BrightStar Care with 20 years of experience in Home Health. I started caring for clients in 2004.  I am compassionate and client-focused. I, along with our team of professional caregivers,  are passionate about providing our clients with the best possible experience.  Outside of caring for clients and supporting my team, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family.
