Hanne Nouri from BrightStar Care is the epitome of a caring nurse that you would hope for. She is not only experienced and competent, she truly cares about her patient, checking in beyond her visiting times and troubleshooting when problems arise. I can't recommend her enough if you and your loved ones ever need in-home nursing care.

Jose has been the most wonderful caregiver for my father. Jose is patient, kind, caring, respectful, and encouraging. He takes initiative and asks questions to assist with everything. Jose's ability to organize my dad's medical and household appointments is terrific. My dad is also very impressed with his driving skills and feels very safe with Jose. I have been so relaxed since Jose started with my dad as I know my father is in great hands. All caregivers would benefit from learning from Jose. He is a gem!

Blake was very gentle and very respectful to me and my brother. His performance as a medical aide was great.

I was very pleased with the nursing care I received from Blake. I just had a total hip replacement and he came to my home a few times a week to check on me. He was very nice and thorough. He always asked if I had any questions or concerns.

BrightStar caregivers have been assisting our family for the past 5 months. Initially, it was just for 5 hours, 2 days a week, but we have slowly worked up to 5 days a week for 6 hours at a time as my in-laws became more comfortable with the caregivers. Delia and Samaya are particularly nurturing and kind with my MIL, treating her with respect and working hard to meet her needs while also allowing her independence. Naomi, the scheduler in the main office, is excellent at informing us of any changes in the routine and worked diligently to find the right caregivers for us. Mary, in accounting, is wonderful about helping me work with our LTCI company, as well. We truly appreciate everyone at BrightStar, from John, the owner, to all of the staff. Our family highly recommends this agency for quality, reliable, and trusted care!

To start with, Jenny is absolutely amazing! I needed urgent care for my daughter, and within days, she found someone who could work with my schedule. She is extremely genuine and takes the time to ensure it's the right fit by checking in and asking all the right questions. Her energy is absolutely magical. When I needed to make an adjustment to my care, she didn't hesitate to make it happen! Which leads me to Jazmin, our LVN. I can't even put into words how grateful I am to have her as my daughter's caregiver. She is punctual, professional, and outstanding at what she does. I trust her with my daughter's life, and that is definitely significant! Her attention to detail and her natural ability to care are unmatched. I also want to mention Blake, who has taken the time to stop by and check in to see how things are going on both ends when it comes to working with our LVN, as well as with the company. It's refreshing to have someone like him as a resource who comes and listens, makes sure everything is up to par, and puts our minds at ease. We are grateful for Brightstar!
