April Is National Volunteer Month in Richmond, VA

2019 Grateful for Nurses 5K & 10K In Richmond, VA

Grateful for Nurses 5K & 10K Run!  They will be donating at least 15% of each registration to Project Hope, an amazing organization that delivers essential medicines and supplies, volunteers (including nurses) and medical training to prevent disease, promote wellness, respond to disaster and save lives around the globe.

What: This is a 5K or 10K virtual run (or walk) to celebrate all of the amazing nurses out there.
When: Complete your race any time in May.   
Where:  You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us).
Why:  Because this is our way of celebrating National Nurse Week and to help raise funds for an amazing organization: Project Hope Cost:  The price is $20 and that includes your medal, bib and shipping. Plus, at least 15% of every entry will be donated to Project Hope. 
 


 
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE? A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Run on your own, or with friends! And your medal will be shipped directly to you. Complete a virtual 5K, 10K, half marathon and more!
