As a wife and husband duo, Karen Wall serves as the Owner/Branch Manager of BrightStar Care of S. Greensboro and brings with her many years of professional expertise in the sector of information technology and operations management.
Owner and husband, Steve Wall has over 20 years’ experience in health care related sales and management adding a robust working knowledge of the heath care market, disease management and wellness programs. With an official opening date of January 5, 2015, BrightStar Care of S. Greensboro offers a myriad of comprehensive services that meet the highest industry standards and works to help educate residents on the right questions to ask when searching for an in-home care provider for a loved one. In order to provide the highest standard of care possible, Karen and Steve Wall are looking to employ 8-30 part-time staff members in the next six months. Positions available include: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Registered Nurses (RN).

“I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse for 8 years and a Registered Nurse for 24 years. I received both of my Nursing degrees from Forsyth Community College in Winston-Salem, N.C.
I have a successful, diverse clinical background in many health care settings.
My experience includes hospital-based care, outpatient services and home health including home infusions.
This experience allows me to understand the unique aspect of caring for clients in a home setting.
I have also taught staff education and training. This experience will give me better understanding on how to provide education to staff, family and clients in the homecare setting.
I am passionate about what BrightStar Care stands for- Excellence in Care.
I will provide our clients and their families with the best care possible and ensure that our home health care teams are well trained and supported in delivering the quality of care that BrightStar Care stands behind.
