Angel Lee, October
Angel is outstanding in her leadership in helping with JB's schedule. Angel is diligent in making sure last-minute changes and client preferences are relayed to the office. She is a voice for her client and sensitive to JB's mood and lets us know what she can or cannot handle. Thank you Angel for making more possible and improving her quality of life at home.
Shirley Smith, November
Congratulations to Shirley Smith! Being kind and thoughtful means making ourselves aware of the needs and feelings of others and then taking action to help them. This statement defines Shirley Smith and how she goes about doing her job. She is quiet and unassuming, but a force in providing care for her clients. Caring is a gesture that shows you can see other people, their feelings and can connect to them on many levels. Shirley is an example of the culture of BrightStar Care; a great team player and an excellent caregiver. Thank you Shirley for all your hard work and dedication.
