I have been a Nurse since February of 2018. I started 
off my journey in healthcare in 2012 working as a 
certified nursing assistant. I fulfilled that role for 6 
years until I obtained my RN license in 2018 and then 
continued on to obtain my RN-BSN in 2020.

My nursing background and experience include a 
vast majority of areas which have allowed me to gain 
the knowledge I am able to share now as Director of 
Nursing. These areas include physical rehabilitation, 
medical surgical, orthopedic, hospice, triage and 
home health. I have a strong ability for advocating 
for patients and caregivers. I bring extensive 
experience in clinical assessments along with 
collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create 
personalized plans of care that is beneficial in 
facilitating the best outcome for patients. 

I am passionate about providing admirable care to 
patients. I believe as a nurse it is of upmost 
importance to help patients feel seen and heard as 
individuals. I stride myself in providing care that is 
respectful and virtuous. I will continue to pave the 
way for this standard of care for current and future 
patient’s receiving care from our caregiving team.

resourceful in executing the knowledge I already 
attain and building trust among patients 
and caregivers.

wants and needs and will work hard at being a 
genuine advocate for them. 

3. I have a high motivation to succeed in the 
caregiving expectations. Safety and satisfaction 
will always be a priority. I am here to support and 
assist the caregiving team to be able to extend 
unforgettable care to our patients.
