Wayne Bosh, Administrator Owner and Administrator, Wayne brings over 40 years of business management experience to BrightStar of the Magic Valley. Wayne, a native to Idaho has owned and operated several local businesses including a manufacturing company and a restaurant which introduced him to, and made him a true believer in the value of exceptional customer service and taking care of people. Dealing with aging parents and their growing needs, he decided to start a home health care company to provide premium in-home care at affordable rates. Wayne has a Masters Degree from the University of San Diego in Education Jerod Bosh, Care Manager Jerod is a client care manager who ensures the highest level of care is being preformed in the field. His dedication to helping others, and his ability to recognize and empower capable, hard-working and talented people; as well as his dedication to ensuring that the company understands and serves the unique needs of southern Idaho makes him a great asset to BrightStar. Juanita Olson, Office Manager Juanita is the glue that holds the office together. She is the friendly voice that usually answers the phone, as well as managing the daily tasks of operating a Home Health agency. Elizabeth Deforest, Scheduler Elizabeth is a C.N.A. that has joined our office staff to deal with scheduling of clients and caregivers. She is a caring, compassionate person who is a pleasure to work with at all times.
