Tell us a bit about yourself - where did you go to school? Are you working any other jobs now / have you worked any other jobs in the past?

I graduated from Truebright Science Academy Charter School. I received my CNA certificate from Entry Level Nurse Aide Program. I currently only work with BrightStar Care of the Main Line. I have been working with Brightstar Care of the Main Line since March 2019.

What is your experience as a caregiver prior to working at Brightstar Care of the Main Line?

Before BrightStar Care, I have been working mainly in nursing homes, rehabs, and assisted living facilities. I have 10 years experience as a CNA.

What do you find most difficult about being a caregiver?

The most difficult thing about being a CNA is seeing my patients/clients pass away.

What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver?

I love helping them with their needs. I also love communicating with them and listening to their stories before they become retired or ill.

What is a specific moment that has stuck out to you while caregiving?

A moment that stuck out to me is when I saw the transformation of a client that had a fall. Watching him recover from rehab and being able to do things on his own again was amazing.

What do you do in your free time?

During my free time, I love to spend time with my family, including my two daughters and my boyfriend. We love to have family time by doing various activities, including movie nights, cooking/ baking, and going to the park together.

What is your favorite season and why?

My favorite season is spring. I love that it’s not too hot or too cold.
