To be named an Employer of Choice, BrightStar Care of the Main Line had to gain enough caregiver satisfaction ratings in interviews conducted by Home Care Pulse. Home Care Pulse is an independent satisfaction firm for home care in the U.S. Some of the parameters for winning an Employer of Choice award include an OSAT score of greater than 8.75 and being a Home Care Pulse Certified - Trusted Provider for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. Since BrightStar Care fulfilled these requirements and more, the award has been given for the year of 2022.
