How long have you been a Nurse?
After 10 years of caring for elderly as a Certified Nurse Aid, I chose to further my education by obtaining my nursing degree. I have been a Registered Nurse for over 16 years.
What experience do you bring to BrightStar Care®?
As a Registered Nurse I have gained valuable experience by working in a variety of settings, including Long Term Care and Rehabilitation, Home Care, Urgent Care, and in many capacities in the hospital setting including OB/GYN and pregnancy centers, acute care, med/surg.
As a Case Manager I have extensive experience working with Area Agency on Aging and Waiver Case Management.
What aspect of your job are you most passionate about?
I am passionate about patient quality of care and insuring every patient enjoys the best quality of life possible. I want to make sure my patients have the best trained caregivers and every patient receives care tailored to his or her individual needs.
