Our Staff at BrightStar Care® West Bend

Michelle is the Managing Director for our location.  She is responsible for assuring our compliance with the Joint Commission and OSHA requirements, working to keep our documentation for training, credentials, policies, and procedures current, and also managing the company finances.  Michelle’s background is in engineering and management.  She was excited to take on this role for the company because she believes in the mission to provide these needed in-home services to our clients.  In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband and two girls, play volleyball and watch sports.

Salena oversees all the scheduling for all Brightstar clients. She ensures that the highest standard of care is being provided to our clients. She is wonderful at matching up our clients to a caregiver they feel comfortable with. Salena also has worked as a caregiver in the past. Salena is likely one of the first people to answer the phone when you call, she is happy to help you with any of your needs or answer any questions you may have!

Jules is extremely excited to be a part of the BrightStar – West Bend team where she can use her 10+ years of Payroll experience in a family-fun work environment. Jules recently moved to West Bend from Nebraska and is enjoying all the wonderful scenery that Wisconsin has to offer. In her free time Jules enjoys spending time with her family. Especially when it comes to spoiling her Grandson, Maddox. Jules is also active in her family’s church (Cedar Springs Church) where she serves in ministry alongside the leadership.

Kelly works tirelessly to hire, train, and retain, compassionate caregivers and experienced nurses. Kelly is wonderful listener and has a great read on people. She also is a big asset to our scheduling team. As a "jack of all trades" she is a great asset to our office team.  

Kristin is the Staffing Recruiter for Brightstar – West Bend. She genuinely enjoys working with the BrightStar team to make positive difference in our clients and caregiver lives. Kristin is enthusiastic about bringing out the best in every individual and is dedicated to finding that right team members to send out to our clients. Kristin is not only responsible for recruiting, but also maintains all Brightstar- West Bend’s marketing & social media accounts. She has previous experience as a Certified Nursing assistant on the field, and as a staffing coordinator for BrightStar. Kristin’s other passions include Photography, Acting/Modeling, and Mentoring the youth in her community.
