Rick Lincoln | Owner
Rick is the owner of BrightStar-West Bend, along with his wife, Diane. He has over 42 years of experience as an executive in manufacturing, overseeing multiple locations. Rick has raised six daughters and, along with Diane, helped care for Diane’s grandmother. He understands the demands of caring for one’s family while developing and maintaining a career. BrightStar was a perfect fit for Rick as he could put to use his experience in management while providing a service that is valuable to others and the community. When Rick & Diane learned about BrightStar, they decided it was an opportunity to help families and create jobs. Our Staff and compassionate caregivers are dedicated and enjoy making a difference in peoples’ lives.
Diane Lincoln | Owner
Along with Rick, her husband, Diane is an owner of BrightStar-West Bend. Diane has had past experience in caregiving as she completed some schooling for nursing before she had children. Diane has raised six daughters and when they were all school-aged she started-up and ran a small business for 11 years. In addition to raising her children and running a business, Diane was also the main caregiver for her grandmother for several years. She has experienced firsthand the joys and stressors of caregiving for a loved one.
Chelsie Brandl | Branch Manager
Chelsie is in the role of Branch Manager. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and she has earned her Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has worked both on an individual level with clients in a therapeutic setting, and on an administrative level coordinating services for clients and evaluating program effectiveness. Chelsie loves working with people, being an advocate for those in need, and helping others reach the resources they need to have a better quality of life. Chelsie is so excited to be working with BrightStar as it allows her to utilize both her clinical and administrative experience in social work.
Rebecca Jaeckel | Customer Care Supervisor
Rebecca oversees all the scheduling for both skilled nursing and companion care. She ensures that the highest standard of care is being provided to our clients. She is wonderful at matching up our clients to a caregiver they feel comfortable with. Rebecca also has worked as a plebotomist in the past. Prior to working at BrightStar she was an account manager and scheduler for seven years in the healthcare field.
Kelly Westphal | Human Resource Generalist
Kelly works tirelessly to discover, hire, train, and retain compassionate caregivers and experienced nurses. Kelly is wondeful listener and has a great read on people. She also is a big asset to our scheduling team. As a "jack of all trades" she is a great asset to our office team.
Kayla Morris | Scheduler
Kayla is a scheduler for our office, she is always ready to adapt to the daily challenges of an ever changing schedule to meet our clients' needs. Kayla is also a CNA. Likely one of the first people to answer the phone when you call, she is happy to help you with any of your needs or answer any questions you may have!
