Overall my experience with Brightstar has been great. Karen and Gina made the onboarding process pleasant. They answered all my questions thoroughly. My mother LOVES her caregiver so that alone has made it so well worth it. The only bummer is the fee associated with using a credit card but I understand why they do it. Since the service is great, we are willing to pay it. Would definitely recommend Brightstar to any family looking for some help caring for a loved one.

We used BrightStar Care to assist us after I had surgery. Karen and Gina made the initial introduction process very easy and comfortable. Stephanie and Cindy were very helpful and friendly. And our caregiver, Kaitlin was spectacular. She followed our routine of how we do things, was extremely friendly and was just an all-around great person. I could not be happier with our decision for choosing Bright Star for our moms care. When I first researched possible in home care agencies, I called Bright Star first. Karen Pinderski spoke with me in depth about her company, but she went even further and gave me so many possible questions to ask other agencies as i carried on with my search. I as just amazed at her sincere knowledge and help for me because I didn't know where to start. But, after I spoke with her, that was all I needed. I knew I wanted to use her Bright Star. I had to tell my brothers about her and the business, and they too were sold. My mom's caretaker is Janice, and coming from my mom... she is "Really nice and does a lot" for her. Being that I m the only daughter in the family, I had spent my summer going back and forth to my moms house to bathe her. Now, Janice does that for me. And my mom said she is very good at it. My mom is 91, sits in her recliner and needs this help walking (uses a walker). Janice also helps my mom with her Physical Therapy exercises. Mom just finished with the therapists, so I hope she and Janice can continue with the exercises. Janice has also make my mom salads and set up food for her. She also has cleaned the house. I live 250 miles away, and it is very comforting to know she gets a shower each week safely and has her food set up for her. I would highly recommend Bright Star to anyone in need of Sr. Care.

Sara comes to our house 2 days a week to care for my husband Max. She is absolutely wonderful, very caring and capable. He looks forward to her visits. I have a great deal of respect and gratitude for all the employees in your organization. You have been instrumental in securing the help and equipment needed for his needs. With the help of Rachel. Gina, Lawrence, Anabel, Michelle, Angie and now Sara, we are able to adjust to our new surroundings. We are most grateful, Thank you.
