Hi! My name is Lily. Two years ago my life turned upside down when I woke up with nonstop violent tics. I went to many doctors for help and finally one prescribed a special infusion. I was so nervous! Fortunately for me, my nurse came to my home and that made my infusions easier. Because my veins are very tiny, it is often hard to get a needle in, but my nurse, Ms. Simone, got it in first try every time. She was so kind to me. She asked me lots of questions about me. She also watched my favorite show with me. I hate drinking water, but Ms. Simone said every time I drank water, she would drink some, too. She was very funny and made me laugh. My mom says BrightStar Care was super easy to work with. If you need a nurse, my mom and I recommend BrightStar!!

I have had Brightstar care since returning from the hospital after major surgery 7 months ago. They really are a great group of people in a very difficult business. Tarryn and Patricia in the office are always available and bend over backwards to see that their clients receive the highest quality in-home care. I had Ashley for several months as my HHA, and she was terrific. Now have Latonya and she's great too! Also had Marvin for a while for PT, and he is a well-qualified professional in his field. But a special gold star goes to RN Tiffany, who is truly a gem. Words can not adequately convey what a highly dedicated nurse she is, with the biggest heart in the world. She really cares deeply about each and every one of her patients, which is verified by all the positive comments here about her. She's been with me since the day I got home from the hospital and I couldn't not have navigated this difficult recovery without her. Love you, Tiffany -- and thank you to everyone at Brightstar!

I was truly delighted every time my doorbell rang knowing that in the mornings I would get to see Tiffany and in the evenings I would be seeing Yasmin! The BrightStar team was my at home care for the 'Hospital at Home' program through UNC Health and they were fun, personable, knowledgeable, and all around great. I highly recommend them for your home health needs.

after my third hip surgery my home physical therapy and occupational therapy was turned over to Taylor and Marvin and I have to say it was an absolutely phenomenal experience. not only did they help me physically but they help me mentally to. I thoroughly enjoyed the time that I spent with them they were caring and supportive and helped to cheer me on during my recovery. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody who needed help

i just want to share how elated i have been with the medical care i have received from your R.N.Nurse Tiffany. Her proficiency and expertise are unparallel. However what sets her apart is her compassion and devotion that she has shown to me as her patient. I hope this review will show the gratitude that i have.

It has been a pleasure having Brightstar care of Cary as our caregiver Agency.This was the smartest thing my wife and i ever did. We had horrible service in the past from two other agencies. Myself and my wife Renee are proud of the Caregivers we have today. Brightstar staff was attentive to our needs from day one. The quality of the AIDES sent to us was outstanding. I recently told them i feel like a Judge from America's Got Talent since I GOT the most competent CAREGIVERS over and over again.
