I’ve used Brightstar Care Cincinnati (Blue Ash) a few times over the past few years and was always impressed. So when I became unable to drive or complete some everyday household chores, I called Brightstar. A registered nurse conducts full quarterly assessments to understand all health conditions as well as stay up to date on any medical changes. The home health aid who has been assisting me multiple days per week since September is Andrea. She is the sweetest, most compassionate and helpful person I’ve ever worked with on a regular basis. In fact I requested to have her specifically whenever she’s available. Andrea is dependable, always responsive, and cheers me up when I have difficult days. Brightstar is the only home health company I would consider. Andrea is a BRIGHT STAR!

my mother-in law uses them every day she said, that she really like the staff that help her she would like it if they were the only ones she dealt with. one of her nurses actually calls all the time just to check on her. she would refer them to anyone who needs health care in their home.
