My 90 year old day was recently in need of care. We had a short window to retain a service, and BrightStar responded quickly and efficiently. They worked with us with scheduling and staff to ensure we had the right people in our home. Sadly, my Father passed away yesterday. And even with the contractual relationship ended, they sent flowers and the caregivers all made personal contact. These wonderful people showed gentle care to my Dad in his most painful and vulnerable time. And for that, we will forever be grateful to the Bright Star Team.

The team at Bright star was incredible to work with. They were in the home every day, caring from my grandfather in his final days. They were attentive, loving, caring, and knowledgeable. In a short period of time, they became like family. It meant the world to us that in his most vulnerable state, they showed him love and respect. I cannot recommend the team and their services enough.

Our experience with BrightStar couldn’t have been better! In a trying time for our family we found caregivers who were so kind and gentle with our mom. She was 95 and could be a handful but each person who cared for her was patient and competent in assessing her needs and creatively meeting them. They seemed to truly enjoy being with her and talking about her life. The owner, Marcella, went above and beyond in making sure we had the right personality match with each caregiver so our mom felt comfortable and at peace in her own home. All of the caregivers were great but Casandra, Brenda, and Lauren were EXTRA sweet with her. I would only use this company in the future if I ever need caregivers again.
