Mandy has been my home health care nurse for 4 weeks. She is very professional and caring...she has been so helpful getting the right type of medicine and dressing i need for my PICC line. She always communicate s with me and let's me know what time she will be here...very punctual! I really appreciate her taking care of my medical needs....she is an excellent RN ! .

Katy was so amazing and made me feel so comfortable the entire length of my infusions! She always reached out to me and worked with my schedule! I would definitely recommend BrightStar and Katy to anyone who needed their services.

We have nurse Kristin Kelly visit my wife twice a week. She is very thorough in her evaluation. She cares and shows concern of my wife. She has a wonderful attitude towards her patients. She is very encouraging and constantly motivates my wife to recover. My wife speaks glowingly about nurse Kristin and looks forward to her visits. We are lucky to have Kristin as my wife's nurse.

Her bedside manner really put me at ease and she's so easy to talk to and listened to my every concern. Jonathon was an enthusiastic young man, who arrived right on time, conducted himself in a professional, courteous, and yet friendly manner, which immediately put me at ease. We had a fair wait at the clinic, but Jonathon’s affable manner made the time pass seemingly quickly. Additionally, Emilie and all the staff I interacted with at BrightStar made the process effortless and quick. They were all friendly and each person managed to put my mind at ease. I understand that arranging assistance with medical procedures, care and transportation can be quite daunting, particularly when you are already anxious about a looming medical ordeal. BrightStar eliminated these concerns, and topped it up by sending Jonathon, who, as I mentioned earlier was exemplary!
